Wilburta "Burt" Elaine Yates was a member of the Friday Night Ceramic Club. This simple and rich recipe was a handed down from her great grandmother and she shared it with the class. Burt, passed the same year as my mom, Agnes.
Everyone raves and wants the recipe, whenever we take this cake to an event, a family gathering or just to visit. It became so popular we now take take a copy with us in case someone wants the recipe. Since it is now a part of this Website, we can just let them know to call it up, so they can print it at home..
We slice it and double wrap it in plastic film to freeze. Whenever, we microwave it, in the film, for 5 seconds on each side. Yum!.

A lasagna like you’ve never tasted! This advanced, yet delicious Lasagna Bolognese is truly one of the most delicious Italian dishes you can make at home. Its made with Italian sage, a small amount of hot sausage and ground beef along with, whole tomatoes and rigotta, mozarella, parmesean cheeses.
Cool before cutting.
It can be cut and frozen. Wrap in both plastic wrap and foil.
