Friday Night Ceramic Club Recipes |
The Friday Night Ceramic Club was started when the members that came on a Friday evening, voted to have a "goodie" break at 9:30 PM. Each member would take turns making one of their special family recipies.
"Dudley's Green Book: Parade of Recipes" |
Dudley loved to cook. He even went to Chinese cooking classes in Philadelphia. As he found recipes he liked, he would write them down in a green log book. He has almost 200 recipes that we have enjoyed throughout the years.
A few of the really outstanding Friday Night Ceramic Club members' recipes are included, especially Wilburta Yates buttery moist pound cake. We get compliments and requests for this recipe whenever we serve it or take it to a gathering.
Anyone wanting to share a family recipe to be showcased here on our Recipe of the Month page, please email: agnestelle@outlook.com and place "Recipe of the Month" in the subject line.
We will test your recipe, provide feedback and, if chosen, will feature it on the Recipe of the Month page.
Those recipes that are chosen to be showcased here, will be given credit and a ceramic piece of your choice (as long as supply lasts).
Please submit a narrative along with your recipe and a POC.
Next year we hope to have an online submission form. |
